Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day full return policy on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period starts from the day you receive the order.
ES16 accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Pay Pal, Google pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and American EXpress. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched.
All amounts include VAT.
ES16 uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
ES16 delivers on all working days, with orders placed before 12.00
There is a 2 year warranty according to the purchase law. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship.
The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.
ES16 will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Parcels sent COD are not accepted.
If a refund has been agreed, please send your order number so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Cancellation must be notified to us within 45 after purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment within 45 days.
The notification must be given by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the notification, you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send with return. You can find it here:
Condition of the goods when you return them
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item is tried on beyond what is described above, we will consider it used, which means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
So, to receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical shop. You may try the product, but not actually use it.
